Walk through each system
Setup asks for one category at a time, so there is never a wall of options. You pick the platform you use from the logos.

Log in once
Choosing a platform takes you to that platform’s own sign-in page. You use the login you already have. No API keys, no configuration files.
Everything syncs
Each connected platform shows a Live badge. Invoices, payments, contacts and placements flow into Altairian, and updates keep arriving without you uploading anything.
You are handing over access. We treat it that way.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Stored integration tokens are encrypted again on top.
Only what collections needs
Invoices, payment records, contacts and placement data. Nothing else.
Read-only to start
Most agencies watch the first week in read-only mode before turning sending on.
Disconnect any time
Remove a connection and Altairian stops syncing from that system.
Third-party audits such as SOC 2 are on our roadmap and are not yet in place. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Integration questions
How long does it take to connect?
Each system takes a few minutes: pick your platform, sign in on its own page, approve access. The whole walkthrough is about 15 minutes.
What if my platform is not listed?
We add integrations every month. Tell us which one you use and we will prioritise it.
Do I need my IT team to set this up?
No. If you can sign in to your accounting or staffing software, you can connect it to Altairian.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored integration tokens are encrypted again. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum set out the detail.
What data does Altairian pull?
What collections needs: invoices, payment records, contacts and placement data.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Remove the connection and Altairian stops syncing from that system.
